1952: Patent granted for a dehydrating cap. This cap improves medication stability and preservation hence increasing shelf life and efficiency. It is the beginning of Airsec, that will later lead to the creation of Aircos.
1962: Production of components for the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industry via Injection Molding.
1989: A second plant is built in Ardon (45), in addition to the original plant in Romorantin (41). This new organization will enable each plant to specialize in one activity: Injection Molding for Ardon and Filling for Romorantin.
1996: Airsec (pharmaceutical products) is sold to Süd-Chemie group (Germany). The cosmetic and make up activities are separated from Airsec and becomes Aircos, with two manufacturing sites: Ardon and Romorantin.
2001: Creation of the formulating laboratory within the headquarter office in Boulogne. This laboratory specializes in powder formulations that are then manufactured in the Romorantin plant.
2005: Important investments are made in Ardon to renovate the plant: creation of specific areas dedicated either to « pharmaceutical production » or « cosmetic production ».
2009: Extension and complete renovation of the Make Up plant in Romorantin. The resulting brand new plant is now equipped with an OTC manufacturing area.
2010: Extension of the formulation laboratory in Boulogne Billancourt (92) to include formulation of melted and/or filled products such as lipgloss and lipstick.
